We enjoyed drinks along with California Rolls and Philadelphia Rolls. The pink ginger and wasabi were super fresh, an absolute must for us if we are having sushi. The presentation was pretty and our server was very nice.

After reading all the reviews on the various review sites, we were very skeptical about this place. But were willing to give it a chance, and we are glad we did. My daughter and I both had sushi and it was extremely fresh with great flavor. Yes, the other reviews speak about the odd size pieces, but that didn't bother us. The service was wonderful. I have to eat gluten free, and they were very accommodating and brought tamari "soy" sauce instead of regular soy sauce. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Yes, the prices are higher than if you are eating at a restaurant that is not in a resort. However, the fish was very fresh, the overall size of the rolls were standard, so I expected to pay more. I'm not sure how they have such a low score, unless it is mostly based on price comparisons with restaurants that have more thru traffic. We will definitely eat here again. Pictured is the King Crab roll (real crab), and the Rainbow roll.

To the other reviewers, no kidding it’s expensive; visit your local Happy Family Chinese buffet instead of the Gaylord if you’re worried about your wallet. Miso, BEST I’VE EVER HAD, philly roll - perfect, Spicy Lobster - big bites but excellent, and Crazi Ari was incredible. Ignore other google reviews, this place is awesome, and that’s from a person who has been making sushi for 17 years and teaches sushi classes.

We kept seeing the amount of people that lined up to enter this restaurant from our room's balcony and decided to try. The food was simple yet nothing less than awesome!! I ordered simple Avacado toast with fruit cup. Not many vegetarian options, would like see few more. The server was curtious and quick!! Overall great place to dine.

I totally enjoyed my sushi this last weekend at Wasabi’s Restaurant. It was a pleasant meal and totally enjoyed the Cracy Ari and Lobster Roll. It was late at night and the service was good. The price reflects that you are paying for resort food - it is the Gaylord Opryland Resort. The atmosphere was absolutely lovely. Very enjoyable meal.
